to Nashville
Malkin

to Pittsburgh
Josi
Ribiero

EXPLANATION
Nashville can't really score a lot, but those who do are their wingers. A world-class center would certainly change that. Pittsburgh was having trouble scoring, but since their new coach is an offensive-minded one their offense should be fine even with someone who isn't Malkin but is still quite good playing on the second line. Also, Kessel could finally develop chemistry with Crosby, as he will be doing less switching between the two top centers. The Pittsburgh defense is truly terrible, with nobody truly able to play top-two minutes with Letang (Daley is ok but irresponsible, Cole is just ok and the rest lack experience), so Josi would fit in nicely on the top line. Nashville has room to give up a top-level defenseman because hey have jones just waiting to fit into that top pairing, with Ekholm and Ellis still a perfectly capable second pair.

Malkin is the only pen that's producing. Nsh adds more.

They would still have to add for Malkin, aforementioned in your post, he is an elite center and Josi and Ribiero are not enough for him. Although, Nashville would do wonders having Neal and Malkin reunited and Forseberg on the left.
