No from the Oil. Value is probably there, just because Karlsson is so damn good, but Nurse will be a stud. Oilers are giving 3 solid peices, where as Ottawa gives 1 huge piece and 2 smaller ones.

I would say Edmonton adds. Nurse is going to be very good but he's not going to be as good as karlsson, who imo is the best defender in the league.

Edm has so many players with huge potential that never really seem to reach that potential is it possible you over value your players draft position no longer matters after the draft.

Yakupov, nurse, reinhart, rnh, eberle, schultz,

Yet none of these players have really come close to the potential that was expected. Yet some of them from chirps perspective still hold tremendous value. I just don't get it when did potential trump actual performance.

This is Nurse's first season?! He's been the Oilers best defence that is still improving. That was dumb. Eberle was drafted 22nd and he's 3rd in his draft year for scoring, he's doing just fine. Reinhart is pretty new to Edmonton so no one has made him out to be a number one D. He's also young and hasn't played a full season in the NHL. I'll agree with Schultz and Yakupov, although I like Yaks game.

I wouldn't trade EK65 for anyone on the Oilers roster and Mika Zibanejad is great developing piece that I wouldn't trade away. Horrible trade for Ottawa.
