Montreal gets a great prospect in Tkachuk or PLD at 4. They get a former 1st overall in Yakupov with potential to become something with another team. He also gets reunited with Galchenyuk. They get RNH who can be their #1 centre which they need and he is still very young.

Edmonton gets pick 9 which they can draft one of Sergachev, Juolevi, or Chychrun. Decent Goalie and RHD prospects in Fucale and Juulsen. Another need with Gallagher (top 6 RW) a skilled RW prospect in Scherbak. McCarron who is a big bottom six prospect who can play C and RW, and a second round pick.

So mtl last 3 first picks, mtl best goaltender prospect. and their first round pick, to advance 5 rows in the draft and to have an overrated centerman who has never played 82 game and done more than 55 pts. And a flop who played on the fourth line of the second worst NHL team. Hope you were kidding.
