The Anahiem and Philly trades are laughable.

How are they laughable? They aren't exactly that bad, Ritchie hasn't proven anything, and neither has sanhiem. Yak's ceiling is higher, well was higher, and a 3rd and a vet on a very flexible contract is worth Ritchie. Who's ceiling isn't that high. He just has really good size, which is what Edmonton wants. But the other trades need work. I'd say not that bad for a guy who posts the most delirious trades all the time.

Sanhiem>>>Yakapov and a 2nd

Ritchie>>> 3rd

Lestu=a 7th.

I would love it if Boyle and Garrison came to Edmonton, but Garrison is a LD unfortunately. Anyways Boyle wouldn't be playing the 4th line, and Garrison and Sekera won't be playing on the 3rd pairing. Oilers should stay away from Wideman, even if they get the chance to trade Fayne. I honestly would love Ritchie to play the 3rd line LW, but none of these trades make sense before expansion time.

Ritchie = 3rd + Letestu
Yak + 2nd = Sanhiem

If that's the best offer for Nick Ritchie surely Ducks would just ride it out with him and keep him and see what he turns out to be. You guys have to remember he's only 20 years old lol. It's not a surprise he hasn't proved anything, Ritchie is no general talent obviously so give him some time.

I don't see him being a great player. I think his size is what really makes him a threat.

I'm draft eligible in 2018. U guys prolly aren't so I'm sure I have more hockey sense than any of you. But I agree with BJ and V.

It's fair, I think a 2nd is fair for Ferland at this time but who knows how good he'll turn out or if he'll stay a 4th liner. Ritchie in my opinion isn't very offensive gifted but has size. And I like the size that he has. But Anaheim can get a better return for a young player like that. And in my opinion the yak trade is fair.

Look, Ritchie is really the one really good forward prospect they have, so they have no reason to trade him, especially not. for that package that was offered.
