Lupul > Bolland (both have negative value, I just believe Lupul can offer a little more to a team than Bolland and he also has less term as well) .

who cares about dumping lupul. He has two years left, so his deal ends before most of the young guys need new contracts, and that's really the only thing that matters.

This is what i think:

Florida clears up cap. Good on their part.

Arizona gets another good prospect. Good on their part.

But people in my opinion thinking that Crouse is going to be some star. He probably won't be. It looks like he will be a 3rd liner.

Lets get real he was drafted because of his size.
And 62P in 49GP in the OHL tells me he will score 20-40 points in the NHL. If he even makes it.

He seems to me like another Brendan Perlini.

Barrie you're wrong take radulov he made 150 points in junior but only made 58 point in a season in Nashville

By you're standard he should do 100 points this season at least!


Kuvherov had a nhl career almost equal to is junior career.

Radulov and Nashville did not work out at all, i'm sure if he was with another team he would score more points. Look at Radulov destroy the KHL.
Nashville ruined Radulov's young career.

Kucherov scored like 65 points in 30 games in junior. Could you say the same about Crouse? The only reason Kucherov was drafted in the second round is because of his injuries i believe.

You don't see a guy like Lawson Crouse score a lot of points in the NHL.

If you have the support of ownership willing to pay these ridiculous bad contracts, essentially buying up the leagues young talent, good for you. Another bullet in the chamber. No way all arizonas picks are studs, but they have definitely increased their chances of hitting a few real good ones.
