In my opinion Nurse and Trouba are overrated but i read an article and it said that trouba requested a trade after playing under Chiarelli and McLennan probably isn't a coincidence. They have the same value and fill eachothers needs. Or maybe could a package of prospects change their mind. let's see

Edmonton:
D - Darnell Nurse (LHD)
Winnipeg:
D - Jacob Trouba (RHD)
(In my opinion Trouba is more proven then nurse and has exactly what they need. )

Edmonton:
D - Andrej Sekera (LHD)
D - Griffin Reinhart (LHD)
Winnipeg:
D - Jacob Trouba (LHD)
(Winnipeg gets a big prospect LHD and a veteran LHD and Edmonton gets a young RHD capable of playing top 4 minutes.

Lines for EDM/ WPG should look like this

Klefbom - Larsson
Nurse - Trouba
Davidson - Fayne

Sekera - Buyfugelin
Enstrom - Meyers
Morrissey/ Reinhart - Postma.

Chevy may be enticed by a Nurse plus something for Trouba. Nurse's looking so much like the next Keaton Ellerby that I think Winnipeg would be getting fleeced but he is so physically talented it may be too hard to pass up if it were Nurse and a protected 1. No way he takes a 31 year old Sekera and that horrendous contract. Edmonton is probably stuck with Reinhart.

Sorry but I need to be the 'but actually' guy.

Trouba actually requested a trade in May, it's just recently went public.

Nurse for Trouba is probably the best looking deal I've seen. Winnipeg might ask for a small add.
