MMurray going back where it all started in Pittsburgh, Pens looking for a Goaltender and this will be a stop gap for next season.

JCarter not the player he once was but will be the new Spezza next season, his experience will help and will be a bottom 6 Centre/RWinger.


Thoughts ?

I said it before the playoffs, and I'll say it again: leafs need D and Goalie.

That said, not sure why you'd want Carter, but PIT would be delighted to get rid of him.

PINBALL: I understand they want to get rid of their problems, but PIT & the leafs need to face the realities of their respective situations.

Neither can win with a tweak or two, and both need to rebuild. Both teams have shown the need to rebuild, but neither has acknowledged that reality…. yet.
