I can't wait until somebody comes and says "ghost can get Landy all by himself". Lol

However, yeah I bet you do like this on Avs side, as I think they need to add more. Not much tho. Unless you take out 1 of the 2nd round picks.

Doubt the Flyers say yes, even with Landeskog, Gostisbehere is the Flyers best defensive prospect and I doubt the Avs ask for Gostisbehere, they already have an elite offensive SMALL d-man, they don't need another.

Ghost came out of no where last season but is not the flyers best D prospect. Unless he duplicates what he did last season (I doubt it) Provorov and maybe even Sanheim are still the more highly regarded prospects then Ghost is/ was.

Yeah not many dmen start at the nhl level when they are 18 19 so what if he is 22 he played so well that he pushed his team to the playoffs . them you say provorov will be better ok guess we will swe won't we.

I don't understand how your brain works. All I said is Ghost is 22 and I'd rather have Provorov. He's higher regarded now than Ghost ever was. Just like BJ said.

Think about it, there was way more hype for Provy being a first round pick, ghost was a 3rd rounder. Posting up good numbers in college and AHL he had a little hype until he jumped up this year. Provy may be a building block, and potentially the best prospect, but you almost seem to be leaving out Ghost who has just as much relevancy to Philly's future d-core as Provy. This kid singlehandedly boosted up the teams offense in the second half of the season and ultimately was a big factor in pushing for playoffs, he deserves some recognition, anyways we will see if he goes through a sophomore slump, with more icetime on the PP/ 3v3/ 5v5 he will do just fine, has a chance to do better, we haven't even seen him in a full season yet, we will see.

All were saying is Prov has more hype. Neither of us said ghost is bad. Philly has a very bright future on the back end.

I'm just saying there's no way Ghost produces like he does next season. Provorov will be better all around and could max out at 45-55 points imo. If ghost does duplicate I'll take back everything I said but I just don't see it happening again. 46 points in 64 games for a rookie defencemen is insane in today's NHL and I'm not trying to take anything away from what he did but I'm just saying at the end of the day Provorov > Ghost. We should see next season, Ghost will be playing top 4 and Provorov should make the team and start in the top 6.

Elliott Friedman. its a lot to give up for Landeskog and I don't think philly does it. But don't say it's an avs fan trying to rip off. You, as a leaf fan, offered JVR/ gardiner for fowler/ Lindholm.
