Not bad. Team needs are met all around. Value is close. Everyone values these 3 players very differently on this site so I'm sure some people will say it's way off, but in my opinion it's atleast a conversation.

@VB Beauty, it's a 3 way trade, Anaheim received JVR, not Winnipeg, instead they recieve fowler.

decent deal but doesn't solve Anaheim cap problems to sign there rfa lindholm/ rakell. It would actually put them 200k worse.
