That is not nearly enough for Duchene.
Hodgson was just bought out last year, was he not? Colorado could've had him for 1.1 million.
Ellis is good, but is only worth a 2nd and a mid prospect.
For Duchene, start with Seth Jones, cause that's what COL needs.

Duchene'a value is falling but with a new look and system could be brought back up
Ellis is only top 4 because he is behind weber josi Jones or he would be top 2-3 anywhere else and Hodgson is better then 1.1 mill He was playing in Buffalo with no help so of course he looks worse. If he had the talent Buffalo has now he would be 1st 2nd line center for sure.

Care to share how his value is dropping? Does he put up huge numbers, not outstanding, but he holds his own. But he plays a very good two way game. Back checks hard. Ellis is not a top 2 dman, he iS a solid top 4 who can play either 1st or 2nd PP. And Hodgson hasn't registered a point yet.
