no from florida not because their package is better but because their owner and gm have said time and time again that they take great pride in the young team they have put together and that they would not trade their young guys for older players because they believe their team will be competitive for years to come with guys like barkov

Yikes' is this Jay Feaster posting? Perfect D-Men like Giordano are rare, no question his next contract will be 8+ per year so I agree Giordano has to be somewhat on the block.

But a team looking for a cup that's close, this IS the player that nudges the balance.

If i'm the flames I do this, giordano is getting older which means in a few seasons (not right away) his play will get worse. It pays off in the long run

Wow. Philly should not even consider moving Provorov( I see him being a top 2 Dman by the times he's 22-24), espically someone on the wrong side of 30.

Philly could never afford to sign Giordano in the offseason. Provorov is who they wanted at the draft, no reason to move him out.

Philly would be INSANE to move Provorov. I may be proven wrong in the long run, but I foresee him as being better than Hanifan and possibly on par (or at least close) with Ekblad.

Him being involved in a trade pretty much negates any chance of the trade happening.
