4th line center? Hmmmm That's a stretch. I think there's better centers to be had. I'd even consider Lander above him on the depth charts.

Nash only has 1 year left where as Ebs has 2. He's only 1.5M more. He'll be gone as a UFA when the cap gets tight year after this with McD. nets a player with a few more years left in him. gives the Rangers a skilled player with a lot of years left for less cap hit than Nash. I know Rangers were looking to move him. Could be a fit for both teams.

Ju ju was named caz the Rangers are rumored to like the kid.

and. any pick in this year's draft is a waste anyways. Oil have 2 - 3rd round picks so there's no tears from me to lose a pick in any round this year including the 1st. It's like the 5 cent sucker the kids get after a $1000.00 dentist's appointment. Pick/ sucker is worth next to nothing but makes NYR/ kid feel better that they get something. lol.

Edmonton doesn't touch this. Nash is old and producing below his pay. So not worth as much without salary retention . Like others have said, Eberle is still younger.

Jujhar is slated to be the Oilers 4th line center when Letestu is gone. Letestu has one more year left I believe.
Jujhar will start seeing a lot of 4th line LW next season.

I get its a weaker draft class than the past few, but I can't believe people saying the picks have zero value. Look back at drafts that are considered terrible and guaranteed you can pick out a few star players that came from them. Someone's pick is going to land on a steal, why not your team? I realize the first and second Round last year was very deep and this years isn't, but to say draft picks are useless is dumb. Why doesn't the NHL just cancel the draft this year? Because nothing good will come from it anyway Lol.
